We have a dedicated customer support system for all phone calls, emails, and chat messages to assist our customers. When you contact us by phone or online, you’ll get help from a real person who genuinely loves talking to you, listening to your needs, and getting you exactly what you need for your special event. Our staff is available Monday – Friday for your convenience.

We are constantly innovating our products, updating our websites, hiring new talent, partnering with 3rd party vendors for specialty expertise, improving shipping times, double checking customer orders, brainstorming new and fresh ideas, and focusing on quality products and services.
We’ve been around for over 50 years, and we’ve learned a thing or two in that time. We know the ins and outs of Prom and have become experts in the field – so you don’t have to be. We have scouted trends, tested products, and surveyed customers, so we know what’s important – what teens want and what schools need to make their events the very best.
Every single one of our themes is created and designed in-house. Year after year, we continue to be more imaginative and bold with our designs to keep up with current trends and set new ones. We also hand design the majority of our decorations, royalty items, invitations, and favors. Our customers benefit from our one of a kind product assortment.
