Our Pillars of the City Balloons Columns Kit includes 11" metallic black and metallic blue balloons and 36" metallic silver balloons to create three 8' high (can be made shorter if needed) x 24" in diameter columns and 20" high x 22" in diameter balloon clusters. A balloon inflator is recommended. Assembly required.
