You can create the stunning look of rain or any flowing water with our beautiful Rain Beneath the Waves Kit as part of your Prom or Homecoming theme. Kit includes fabrics and raining tube lights to create the hanging "rain." Measurements vary depending on arrangement. Assembly required.
